Pyro goes off all throughout the arena and the camera zooms around, showing numerous fans all showing their support for the return of NXT! Instead of heading ringside for introductions from Tom Phillips and Corey Graves, NXT starts off a different way.
Kurt Angles entrance begins to blare through the PA System and all of the fans immediately begin to raise up out of their seats. The fans scream all out creating an ear deafening ovation for the Olympic Gold Medal Winner as he begins to step out from the back. Kurt has a very serious look on his face as he steps out from behind the curtain with the International Championship strapped firmly around his waist.
He stops at the middle of the ramp for his signature pyro. The fans scream out You Rock on cue with the music that actually gets a little smile out of Kurt, a show of appreciation. Kurt walks by and shakes a few hands before stepping up the steel steps and entering the ring.
A heavy Angle chant pops off throughout the arena. Angle waits for it to settle before he goes in.
Kurt Angle: Since my return last summer it was only a matter of time before I rose to the top in this industry again. The taste of my first title reign still leaves a sour taste in my mouth with memories that I plan on erasing from everyones mind. The writing was on the wall about my path to success and run to greatness last year at Summer Slam. The beginning moment was when I defeated Dolph at Summer Slam to win the Intercontinental championship. Fast forward to Wrestlemania, inside the ladder match. The one and only money in the bank match that featured a boatload of stars, but the only one that would truly matter that night would be myself. I was the one that clearly escaped that ring with the briefcase. Ever since then, its been a game about patience. After months and months of waiting, stalking, and planning, I have finally acquired what I desired. You see the belt, you know what it means, and I finally got it strapped around my damn waist. The best thing about it is, this belt isnt going anywhere anytime soon!!
I dont want to take away from Steve Blackmans impressive victory over Dolph at Final Battle. And while Im sure Blackman vs. Jericho would be a hell of a match, it just doesnt have the same allure as myself vs. that same man. That other match wont pack seats and fill the house like Kurt Angle vs. Chris Jericho will! The UWF Universe was ready for this, they were dying for this. They just didnt know that it was what they wanted until they got it. Just like how most people dont know what they truly have or how much they value something until they experience its absence. I plan on tearing the house down against Y2J and avenging my loss to him at Vengeance. I will be getting revenge and vengeance on him all at the same time when we main event Summer Slam.
But first, I have to focus on a certain individual. A certain loud mouthed individual. A certain man with the motivation of a child in elementary school. That mans name would be Dolph Ziggler. I have had a long history with this man over the past year. Lately he has been starting to get the upper hand in our personal feud. But tonight that all stops and comes to an end. The tides are about to change and everything is about to be going in my favor one again. You see Dolph, any way you spin it, any way that you look at it, I am better than you. You know it, I know it, and the fans know it. I am consistently better than you and tonight is going to be no different when I pin you in the middle of this ring. After falling to Steve Blackman of all people, you are about to have another setback to deal with.
Dolph, Chris, and anyone else in the back who dares to stand before me: this is my ring and my show now. Im going to pride myself on being a fighting champion, one that brings it week in and week out. I dont see anyone stopping me anytime soon. I might be approaching senior citizen age, but Im not slowing down any time soon. As long as I am still alive and kicking, I will be bringing my A-game every time I walk down that aisle. So, Dolph, prepare for war tonight. Chris, Ill see you in a few weeks.
We see Dead Prez inside his locker room, hanging upside down in a straight jacket. He then swings back and forth in trance of some sort as he speaks.
Dead Prez: You know sometimes I question my own sanity in this place. I was a champion in the Hardcore Division, multi time champion in the Tag Division with Snow. Now, I was a champion for about two days with the International Championship. Before I harp on that sentiment, it pains me for me to say that...
Well...
That i am not worth of anything that in the caliber of that title. Maybe I am better of nothing to my name. I am more or less worthless in the grand scheme of things in here, so I got nothing to lose...
But, I have something to gain at the same time.
I'm facing Jericho in a regular match, one fall to the finish... no fuckkery shall encompass in that ring tonight. Tonight will be a match of plain boringness that you fans can easily take a piss break for before the main event. With all the honesty, it might be a skippable match that you can set your DVR for next show.
Jericho if you are listening or not... I hope your team of security is there to assist you, because they are going to end up caring your caracass once I am finished with you. You will end up in the hospital laid up in pain once I am through with you Jericho, so pray to your hockey god to protect you in this match tonight.
We still see Prez hanging upside down, as the song continues to plays until it abruptly to the next segment.
As NXT rolls on, Renee Young stands backstage with a microphone in hand.
Renee Young:
"Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time, one of NXT's newest additions, Vampiro."
Vampiro slithers his way into frame, prepping himself for his upcoming match as Renee begins to speak.
"Vampiro, walk us through your thoughts and feelings about your match tonight with NXT's Intercontinental, Aleister Black."
Vampiro takes a moment to observe Renee, having a look of confusion and distaste.
Vampiro:
"My thoughts? My feelings, of all things? Let me see that mic."
Without a moment of hesitation, Vampiro pulls in the microphone and camera to focus on him.
"Listen up Black, Vampiro is here tonight to show to these people here in NXT that there's a new brand, a new path, a new alternative to the fear you produce.. You and I Black, oh have we had our share of words, it's about time we came to blows. I have no doubt in my mind, no worry whatsoever that this is Vampiro's night. This is the night Vampiro exposes your inner weakness and makes his claim to this brand. You had better bring a hundred and ten percent out there tonight, because you're gonna need it if you even hope to break down the Dark Angel, Vampiro. "
Vampiro looks at Renee with that look of disdain once more, letting go of the microphone and pushing the camera man out of his way. NXT continues...
Tony Chimel: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Already in the ring, Jimmy Uso!
Jimmy raises up his fist to the crowd who cheer him on, his brother waiting on the outside for moral support.
as the famous guitar solo starts to play the crowd starts to cheer and cheer LOUD as they cant but love this charismatic milkshake who the song belongs to and as they cheer his 2 boys come out holding their 2 hand held fans up in the air waiting for Dalton to come through them and does exactly that as he screams a peacock scream starts to walk to the ring followed by his boys waving at him as he screams for some cheerful words about colorful world and a screaming that this is where he belongs as he comes to the ring the boys bypass and they go to the right side of the ring to be used as stairs for Dalton as he enters the ring he's grabbing the side of his colorful peacock style jacket and when the boys come along they kneel on both of his sides and he poses as a peacock
Tony Chimel: And his opponent, Dalton Castle!
after the pose they start to take off his clothes as he run to the rope and to the other one starting to lower his back to almost a punishing way but in a second bam! he goes up and poses
than he order his boys to take the chair pose and he sits in the boys chair waits until the match begins.
DING DING DING
Jimmy comes running over and jumps at Castle, looking for a forearm shot to the face but Dalton catches him in mid air! He shakes his head before turning around and throwing Jimmy backwards with an overhead exploder suplex. Jimmy rolls out of the ring and the crowd starts to cheer to hype Castle up. Castle runs towards the ropes like he's going to dive but instead just bounces off them and comes back to the center of the ring to pose with his arm spread out and a loud peacock yell. The crowd is fully behind NXT's newest superstar but Jimmy has had enough. He slides back into the ring and looks to clothesline Dalton but the Party Peacock ducks under it and takes Jimmy's waist from behind, lifting him up for a german suplex! He quickly hooks the leg for the cover.

Jimmy kicks out!
Tom Phillips: Dalton Castle is so far proving to be a mis match for Jimmy Uso. That spells trouble as Jimmy has put his career on the line.
Corey Graves: I only pray this tread continues. Many have tried to get rid of Jimmy but if Dalton Castle finally does it, he will be my favorite wrestler ever.
Dalton doesn't seem to be too bothered by the kickout. He steps over Jimmy and grabs his waist. H then proceeds to deadlft him up into another german but Jimmy starts to throw back elbow to the side of the head to break himself free. Jimmy throws a superkick but Castle catches it and shakes his head, He shoves it to the side but Jimmy uses the momentum to turn fully around and come back to kick him in the head with a jumping enziguri! Castle is dazed and ends up walking back into the corner. Jimmy runs over and hits him with a stinger splash which drops Castle down to a seated position. Jimmy backs away and yells out to the crowd for his signature maneuver.
Usos: OOOHH!
Crowd: SOS!
Usos: OOOHH!
Crowd: SOS!
Usos: OOOHH!
Crowd: SOS!
Jimmy comes running at Castle with a full on sprint. The boys are fanning Castle to try and get him to wake up but Jimmy collides with the running hip attack on Castle, dragging him out of the corner and goes for the pin.
1 . . .
2 . . .
Castle kicks out! Jimmy picks him up right away but Castle surprises him with a quick fireman's carry takedown into a chinlock. The facial expressions of Castle show he's not too threatened with Jimmy. The crowd however are still big fans of the Usos and start to clap to will him back to his feet. It works and he throws a couple of elbows to the mid section of Castle but the Peacock shuts down his comeback with a swift knee to the gut. He looks out to the crowd before executing a perfect northern lights suplex.
Instead of going for the pin, Castle gets back up to his feet. He looks at Jimmy who is crawling around, trying to get to the ropes. Castle walks over and grabs him by the waist, picking him up and hitting a gutwrench suplex. He keeps the arm locked together though and picks him up once again for a second gutwrench suplex. The hands stays clasp together and he picks up Jimmy a third time but Jey hops onto the apron. This catches Castle's attention but the Boys come running over and each grab one of Jey's legs to drop him off the apron, his face hitting the apron hard on the way down! Castle laughs but Jimmy has gotten ample time to break free and throw a devastating superkick right on the jaw! Castle falls over and gets pinned.
1 . . .
2 . . .
Castle kicks out!
Tom Phillips: It looks like Dalton Castle is starting to learn about the heart and never give up attitude of Jimmy Uso.
Corey Graves: Yeah yeah yeah, he's just too stupid to stay down.
Jimmy drags Castle's body over to the corner and starts to climb up the ropes. Dalton is in perfect position as Uce jumps off with the Samoan Splash but Castle moves out of the way just in time! Both men are slow to get to their feet, Jimmy actually getting up first. He runs over to Dalton but Castle ducks and grabs Jimmy's legs, using his own momentum against him by spinning him around before planting him face first with the Bang-a-rang! Jimmy gets flipped over for the pin.

Tony Chimel: Here is your winner, Dalton Castle!
Corey Graves: Haha he did it! Jimmy Uso is history!
Castle celebrates his win with the boys until...

The General Manager of NXT steps out from the back with a mic in hand.
EC3: Oh Jimmy. Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy. I have no idea why you would put your career on the line for no reason but you did. And to think I was going to give you a title shot at Summerslam but you went ahead and messed that up. Now unfortunately for me, your contract has this weird insanity clause where just because you say things, that doesn't make them true. We all know how many times you've gone into business for yourself so don't worry, you still have a contract on NXT. As far as the title shot, you just lost. I don't think you deserve the title hot anymore. I'll still give you an opportunity though but it's the same one I'm giving everyone. At Summerslam, there will be a Hardcore Championship number one contender's match that will be open to anyone. The first two participants of the match is none other than you two. I'll see you all later tonight.
EC3 heads to the back as the feed goes elsewhere.
As NXT rolls on, were taken outside to the midnight sky, and see the Intercontinental Champion, Aleister Black, outside in the parking lot, wearing his black and white suit as hes occasionally seen wearing. The Nefarious, speaks
Aleister Black: All things in this world are ephemeral. Steve Blackmans title reign, was ephemeral. The opponent I face tonight, Vampiro, is both an ephemeral concept and object. The ground I walk on is ephemeral; its all only temporary. But, there is one thing one wicked parody of a man that is not ephemeral, and that is Aleister Black. And, is this a surprise? Of course, it isnt. Everyone could assume that the Intercontinental Championship I hold up to next to my head, is also ephemeral, but that all changed when I won this belt off Bray Wyatt. That all changed, when I did not just simply take the Intercontinental Championship to a higher level like I did but I made it immortal.
Aleister slaps the brass on the belt
Aleister Black: It's all gone now. Ive taken it to the other side with me; its gone to that place where the glimmers of gods grace and light very rarely ever touch. No matter what your name is. No matter what you stand for. This belt, will be dragged low, behind me, like it was attached as an extension of my very own arm.
Aleister folds both of his hands together methodically, his gaze is low for a moment, until he raises his profile upward once more
Aleister Black: And, Vampiro, that very same extension of my arm of my will is going to hit you with every jab that hits your head and body, and is going to hit you with every kick I deliver to your chest and lower-body, and then, like it was the icing on the cake, I will assassinate you with the Black Mass and then you will know what its like, to fade to black, just as all of the others have before you.
The scene, in turn, fades to black by itself, as NXT rolls onward.
Backstage, Chris Jericho is spotted casually walking around, pretty much doing nothing. A random cameraman is following him closely as if he's stalking Jericho. Creepy.
Chris Jericho: What the hell are you doing? Do you want my autograph or something? Oh wait, you're a UWF Guy. Well in that case, you should be fired because of both poor image quality and yet another graphics botch. This isn't fucking SmackDown. Who are you pointing at? Why are you waving?
Suddenly, Renee Young appears in such a timely fashion it's as if she was cued to go there.
Renee Young: Chris, what is your gamelan going into tonight's match against the now former International Champion?
Chris Jericho: Jesus Christ, Renee, is that the same jacket that you wore at Final Battle? Did you even change shirts since then?
Renee Young: What the hell are you talking about?
Mike Rome: Chris, can I speak with you in the locker room?
Chris Jericho: Sure, Tom. Just give me a few minutes to get my jacket on and I'll head on over.
Mike Rome: That took a little longer than you said it would. What was the holdup?
Chris Jericho: Are you saying I'm slow, Tom? Are you saying I'm not fast enough for you? Do you know what happens to people that call me slow? Do you know what happens?
Tom Whatshisface..... YOU JUST earned the right to only ask one question. Make it good.
Mike Rome: Fine. What are you going to do about Kurt Angle now that he's champion and facing you at SummerSlam?
Chris Jericho: Wait, Kurt's the International Champion? Well, I guess he needed to cash the briefcase in sometime. It would've been a shame if he would've wasted his opportunity by not actually winning the title. What kind of stupid idiot would win Money In The Bank and not get a title win out of It? Do you know who, Tom?
Mike Rome: My name's not Tom. I'm Mike.
Chris Jericho: Well then who the hell is Tom?
As If cued into the shot, Tom Phillips shows up and whispers something into Mike Rome's ear. He nods and all of them leave the locker room. Mike leaves for good while the others stand outside the room in the hallway.
Chris Jericho: Alright, wise guy. I'm on to you both. I've gone through two costume changes in the last 5 minutes, but it'll all be worth it. I'll discover all of your secrets. And when I do, all of you will be fired and the only interviewer left will be the Inventor of Interviewing, CHRIS JERICHO! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So what's your question, Mike?
Tom Phillips: Are you worried about a potential alliance between Kurt Angle and Dolph Ziggler based on the events of last week?
Chris Jericho: Wait, Ziggler and Angle are best friends now? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AROUND HERE!?!?!?
Jericho runs off, bewildered by the events of not only last week, but of the last five minutes. Just as Jericho, NXT runs off into what is hopefully a more sane direction.
"The End is here."
The Dark Prince cometh. Sludgy, gritty; Krownns most renown track, To Minas Morgul, begins to resonate throughout the arena, each note of the heavy bass like a part of a warning a warning to run. The intercontinental Champion literally rises from the arena floor, from the smoke, like a vampire, with his hands clasped together with sinister, ominous intentions.
Tony Chimel: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, he is the Intercontinental Champion, Aleister Black!
Without even glancing around to take in his surroundings, Aleister makes his callous, remorseless walk down to ringside, with the Intercontinental Championship dragged low behind himself. Black is cold, yet undoubtedly dead-focused. Idly walking around the corner of the ring at ringside, he hops up onto the cliff of ringside, and springboard somersaults into the ring, to sit cross-legged in the middle of it.
The industrial rock blasts through the speakers, causing a loud, positive reaction from the audience as Vampiro makes his way onto the entrance stage in a hypnotic swerve. To and fro his extended arms go in a bouncy manner for those that wish to glide their hands against his on his way down the entrance ramp. Vampiro makes haste for the ring post, standing atop it and observing his following scattered throughout the crowd.
Tony Chimel: And his opponent, Vampiro!
He hops down from the turnbuckle and into the ring, pacing himself within a corner in anticipation.
DING DING DING
The bell rings and Aleister Black takes off full tilt for Vampiro, driving him into a corner before unloading a combination of strikes on the unsuspecting opponent before he can mount any sory of defence. Black connects with multiple kicks, elbows and forearm strikes that leave his foe somewhat dazed in the corner before Irish whipping him into the corner opposite and following through with a huge corner lariat that he then converts into a quick facebuster. With Vampiro seemingly out on the canvas, Black then runs a hand through his hair and paces, mean-mugging the crowd.
Tom Phillips: There are few men in this business and in this company as sinister as Aleister Black, but he may have met his match this week in Vampiro, Corey.
Corey Graves: Both of these guys wrestle with unorthodox striking styles and both of them claim to have some malevolent force behind them. We're in for a real treat tonight.
Black pulls Vampiro from the canvas but as he does, Vampiro rakes his face. Black stumbles away and Vampiro laughs as he grabs the Satanist by his hair and smashes his face off the nearest turnbuckle repeatedly. Vampiro then steps away from the corner, leaving Black leaning against it and utterly dazed, before coming back in with some forearm smashes to the back of Aleister's skull. After three such blows the official orders Vampiro to back off, protecting Black as much as possible from concussion. Black turns around and Vampiro charges, seeking a lariat. Black catches it, however, and counters into a Russian leg sweep! Vampiro hits the canvas hard and braces his back on landing, groaning in pain. Black immediately shoves him back onto the canvas and then rains some hard blows onto Vampiro's painted face, smudging the face paint and transposing it some onto his first as he does. Black then laughs to himself as he hooks a leg.
Corey Graves: Too soon for that, Aleister.
In less than one, the freak show of the UWF kicks out. Black gets to his feet and then hauls Vampiro to his, sending the Canadian into the ropes. On rebound Black goes for a scoop-slam but Vampiro goes low and slides throw Black's legs. Not a small man, the fans cheer the display of athleticism from Vampiro as Black turns around and into a kick to the gut and DDT! Vampiro mulls hooking the leg, but instead just gets back to his feet and pulls Black to his. Vampiro then sends Black into the ropes and hits a back body drop before dropping a stern elbow right onto his foe's chest cavity, leaving Black gasping for air as he shoves him back flat on the canvas and goes for the cover.

...NO!
Halfway to the three, Aleister Black kicks out and as soon as Vampiro gives him room, Black rolls out of the ring.
Tom Phillips: Aleister Black is actually in a rare spot here tonight: he's on the defensive, Tom.
Corey Graves: Pfft. If you're on defence then you can't get any offence in. Black should know that the best defence is a powerful attack.
Aleister tries to get to his feet and manages to get to one knee, but Vampiro is there and with a closed fist he pummels Black's face until the latter falls flat back onto the canvas. Vampiro then puts the boot to Black several times before Aleister rolls out of the ring to create some distance. Vampiro starts to pursue, but out of nowhere Black changes gears and charges forward with a running forearm smash to Vampiro's face that causes him to fall like dead weight on the middle rope. Black slides into the ring and then grabs Vampiro by the head, backing up and dropping him with a rope-assisted DDT! Black rolls Vampiro's dead weight over and hooks the leg.
1...
...NO!
Vampiro is quick to grab a rope, forcing a break. In breaking, Black gets to his feet glaring at Vampiro, who is using the ropes to get back to his own feet. Vampiro, back turned, gives his head a shake as Black sizes him up for the finish and Vampiro turns around into a Black Mass that he catches! Black hops on one foot awkwardly twice, then comes up to connect with a leg-fed enziguiri that drops Vampiro! Black gets to his feet quickly and pulls Vampiro to his own, then sends the Canadian into the ropes and lets loose a Black Mass but this time Vampiro ducks the maneuver, hits the ropes opposite and comes back on the rebound to bullrush Black to a canvas!
After making his signature cut-throat gesture, Vampiro mounts his foe and rains down hard, closed-fist blows to the face for several long seconds before the official orders a breaking of the savage mauling. Vampiro then gets to his feet and begins stalking Black, but as he does, a figure hops the barricade and enters the ring behind him! The figure grabs Vampiro by the shoulder and spins him around, then kicks him in the gut and hits a Future Shock DDT! The fans immediately start booing as the official calls for the bell.
Tom Phillips: Oh what the Hell!
Corey Graves: Future Shock! That must mean...
DING DING DING!
Your winner, by disqualification
VAMPIRO!
Vampiro is out of it on the canvas and not looking much like a winner as the attacker gets to his feet and tosses back to his hood to reveal...
Corey Graves: It's Drew McIntyre!
Tom Phillips: What a despicable sneak attack here on Vampiro from the man who has been called the Chosen One. This makes me sick.
McIntyre is smirking but then, upon hearing a whistling sound from behind him, he turns around into a HUGE Black Mass from Aleister Black that completely levels him and knocks his ass straight out! Black looms over McIntyre, glaring coldly at the Scot before looking over at Vampiro who is still down clutching his head, then Black shakes his own head as he is handed his UWF Intercontinental Championship. Aleister holds the title high as the fans sit in a stunned silence and medical personnel rush down to the ring to check on McIntyre, then starts to head for the exit as the feed moves on.
The feed cuts to a video filmed earlier this week at the UWF Performance center and we see none other than the NXT's very own Hardcore Champion, Pete Dunne, hanging around, contemplating various topics of life.
Pete Dunne:
This situation appears to be rather complicated. I know, some things are simply fated and some things we have no control of. Some things simply... "happen to happen" and are unavoidable. And words, they need to be backed up. I am a plethora of superlatives and all of you know it as good as I do. I am no god though. I am no supernatural force, that I also know. But I am also far from being immortal and far from being indestructive... as much as I am far from being weak and fragile. I was, am and will be a force to be reckoned with, not only in NXT, but in pro wrestling overall.
He breathes in.
Every word I have ever said, I fully stand behind, now and forever, eternally. That remains unchanged. But I have had a thing going. A thing that catapulted and skyrocketed me into the literal annals of pro-wrestling history. I am the fastest rising pro-wrestler in the history of this sport. And that's something. My blood, sweat, tears, talent and potential got me where I am. They got me to the point when I don't have to lift a single finger any week and I'll still be the best you'll ever get to see. We all know that one day, potentially, the world will remember "The Bruiserweight" Pete Dunne as the best wrestler ever born. At the moment, however, I see that my gameplan is starting to, and I am not afraid to say it, fail. Yes, I have lost only two times since the beginning and the likes of Chris Jericho call that a success. Well, I call that a failure. I call that a personal failure, because Pete Dunne is not Pete Dunne if he ever lets his guard down. I still am young. I still am bitter. And to a certain point, unexperienced, BUT, that comes with years and days of success and failure too. We all know it. We all know how it goes. Do not forget that. But I am no ordinary wrestler. I am different. I am the UWF Hardcore Champion and call that championship irrelevant, but that's what champions are for. To give it recognition and dignity. The fact that some may deem it irrelevant just reflects the likes of people who held it before me. And trust me, I don't care about anyone. I care about who and what I am and where I stand as we speak. And I stand at the UWF Performance Center. I stand in a building that symbolizes evolution, improvement and progress. The fact that I have failed way more than I should in such a short time period, just that sole fact means that I'm doing something wrong. And I won't listen to anyone, I don't care about your suggestions, I'll figure it out myself. Because from now on, things will change. Things will be different. I made several mistakes and I think I'm starting to figure it all out. I will return. Very soon. Sooner than you think. And whoever feels like challenging me, do it. I'll use you to prove my point. Once I redeem myself in my own eyes, you'll see something you have never seen in your life.
With those words, this segment ends and we return to the regular NXT broadcast.
The feed carries us backstage to a darkened room where former UWF International Champion Dolph Ziggler is seen in profile. Ziggler begins to speak almost as soon as the camera starts rolling.
DOLPH ZIGGLER
There is a side to this business that the corporate executives with the UWF and NXT don't like the viewer to see. The side where good men make major sacrifices for little reward. The side where people put themselves through literal and figurative Hell for next to nothing in return. For the past two years, I have been subjected to that side of this business. I have busted my ass, worked harder than any man in this company, pushed further and achieved things people told me I would never achieve and for what? To be rewarded with nothing more than betrayal at the hands of the Powers That Be and injustice at the hands of my fellow competitors. At every turn someone has tried to screw me and hold me back and at every turn I rose to the top and why? Because I'm Dolph Ziggler, and I'm the best wrestler this industry has ever seen.
Dolph pauses, takes a moment to collect his thoughts, exhales loudly and then continues.
Steve Blackman thought he was taking something from me when he assaulted me at Final Battle. He thought he won something that he deserved when his arm was held up and that title was pushed into his hands. But he didn't. He didn't even deserve that title shot, and the fact it was just handed to him immediately rendered the belt worthless. It's a shame, because that title had so much lineage, so much history... and in recent months, men like Kevin Steen and myself poured so much energy into restoring that prestige, only for it to be sullied by that no-talent hack who calls himself the Lethal Weapon. It's disgraceful, when you think about it. And it almost made me reconsider my future here with NXT... almost made me think about moving to somewhere else that would have appreciated my talents... somewhere like Warzone...
Ziggler pauses again, then shakes his head.
But no. I decided to stay right where I am, because here on NXT, I've still got a lot of unfinished business. I was never dethroned as the man to beat, not by Blackman nor anyone else. I am still the best professional wrestler on this roster and I don't need some stupid title to prove that fact. People talk about the International Championship like it's some kind of measurement of success, some sacrosanct object, some brass ring... but it isn't. In this business, there is only one brass ring, and it's beating the top guy in the company in a fair fight. For months now that guy has been me, and nobody has managed to beat me. And that's not about to stop any time soon.
Ziggy leans back, his eyes narrowing.
Tonight, I add Kurt Angle to my list of vanquished opponents again on my road to a rematch with Steve Blackman. I don't give a damn about championships; what Steve did to me at Final Battle was personal, and I'm going to personally hand him the sort of beating he has never experienced in his entire life. First things first, however: I have an Olympic Hero to kill. Wish me luck.
Ziggler then stalks out of frame, and the feed moves on shortly thereafter.
The arena goes dark, and we see lights flicker. Suddenly it comes back onto normal, and we see Prez standing in the entrance way with his barbie. He waves it around as he walks down to the ramp, and he hits one of the audience with it, and continues down to the ring. He then climbs on the steel steps, and he goes to the top rope and he enters the ring. He climbs to the second turnbuckle and he waves his barbie like a mad man.
Tony Chimel: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, Steve Blackman!
Then he steps down from it, and stands in the middle of the ring shouting "I hate you all" to the fans as he waits for his opponent.
Out with a brighter than brite lites jacket comes the legendary legend known as Y2J. Fireworks illuminate the stage to signal his arrival. He strikes his signature pose before heading down the ramp.
Tony Chimel: From Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, weighing in at 227 pounds, Chris Jericho!
The self-proclaimed Greatest of All Time makes his way to the ring. The fans are cheering for the 20-year veteran Canadian, chanting 'Y2J, Y2J, Y2J'. Everybody is hyped for the upcoming match, including the Winnipeg native humself.
DING DING DING
The bell rings and Jericho and Blackman close, looking as though they are going to tie up. Jericho goes to grapple Blackman but as he does, the Lethal Weapon slides under the tie-up and then kicks Y2J straight on the ass, sending the Canadian stumbling into the ropes. Jericho turns around as a small group of fans laugh and Blackman smirks at him. Y2J shakes his head, then closes back in for another tie-up but as he does, Blackman once more slips behind him. This time, as Jericho turns around, Blackman unloads with a nasty shoot kick to the outer thigh of the Canadian that causes his leg to buckle slightly. Jericho's off balance and Blackman capitalizes by alternating to the other foot and unloading another shoot kick to the opposite thigh. This time Jericho stumbles toward the corner, but Blackman pursues, hitting him hard with clubbing blows to the upper back and then grabbing him by the hair just before he reaches the turnbuckle and throwing him to the corner opposite. Blackman then takes off and connects full-tilt with a boot to the face of Jericho while he is trapped in the corner, and Jericho falls in a heap, leaning against the bottom turnbuckle.
After a moment of pacing, Blackman again capitalizes, unloading with nasty-sounding shoot kicks to the chest a la Daniel Bryan and the crowd respond with loud "YES!" chants as each blow lands. After ten, Blackman stomps out of the corner and throws his arms up and Jericho holds his chest, gasping for air.
Tom Phillips: Minutes into this match and it's safe to say Steve Blackman is on an all-out offensive here tonight, Corey!
Corey Graves: He's clearly fuming over losing his International Championship last week and Chris Jericho is the unfortunate victim who drew the short straw in facing him here and now.
Blackman heads back over to Jericho and pulls him to his feet before clenching his hands behind Jericho's neck and driving his jaw down hard into a raised knee. Blackman repeats this assault three more times and goes for a fourth, but somehow, Jericho finds the wherewithal to block the blow with his hands and shoves Blackman away. The Lethal Weapon snarls and comes back looking for the bicycle kick, but Y2J flops down and rolls out of the ring and Blackman connects with little aside from thin air! Jericho stumbles away from the ring toward the timekeeper's area, every step somewhat laboured as he is still feeling the effects of the savage beating that has already been laid on him.
Corey Graves: Chris Jericho looking worse for wear here, Tom.
Tom Phillips: You try taking Steve Blackman's kicks to the chest like that and see if you can even stay on your own two feet.
Corey Graves: Hey, I used to wrestle in that ring too, buddy.
A fan in the front row claps Jericho on the shoulder and shouts some words of encouragement and Jericho, wearing a grimace, nods as he turns back toward the ring... only to find Steve Blackman launching himself over the top rope with a suicide plancha! At the last second Jericho sidesteps and Blackman crashes and burns into the barricade as the fans erupt with a pop for Y2J's escape. Jericho is quick to try to capitalize, moving in on Blackman who is hanging over the barricade and smashing his spine with some clubbing blows before grabbing him by the hair, pulling him off the barricade and rolling him into the ring. Jericho follows in and makes a cover.
Corey Graves: Steve Blackman went high risk with that suicide dive and it may cost him a victory here tonight Tom!

Immediately after the two, Blackman gets a foot on the rope. Jericho grabs the rope above it and uses it as leverage to get to his own vertical base, then grabs Blackman and pulls him to his before driving him into the corner with a flurry of forearms. Jericho then climbs to the second rope and raises a fist as the fans pop before he brings it crashing down with hard, closed-fist punches to the top of Blackman's noggin. The fans count the blows as they land, hitting 13 before Jericho climbs off the turnbuckle, puts Blackman in a side headlock and hip tosses him out of the corner, then transitions into a second cover.

Tom Phillips: The Lethal Weapon is showing that, if nothing else, he's tougher than a box of nails.
Corey Graves: Steve Blackman has built a career of being one of the toughest, meanest guys out there. If anyone can defeat Chris Jericho, it's him.
As Blackman again kicks out, Jericho decides he needs to tap into an even deeper arsenal to put the former International Champion to bed. He pulls Steve to his feet and goes for a forearm, but Blackman deflects the blow and then thrust kicks Jericho in the gut. Y2J doubles over and Blackman hits the ropes, rebounding into an attempted scissors kick but as the leg comes down, Y2J backs out and then grabs Blackman around the waist. Jericho attempts a German suplex lift, but Blackman stomps on his foot and Y2J releases his grip!
Tom Phillips: That must have hurt.
Corey Graves: It may have, but what's about to follow up will probably hurt much more Tom.
Blackman then throws a back elbow, spins to the other side with a backhanded cuff to Jericho's face, connects with a hard knee to the gut and as Jericho doubles over, slams his face down into the opposite knee! Jericho shoots up to a vertical base with a stiff, bleeding lip as Blackman hits the ropes and comes looking for the bicycle kick! Unfortunately for the Lethal Weapon, Jericho has it scouted and catches the foot, then trips Blackman up and sends him sprawling to the canvas! Y2J grabs the other ankle and starts to roll Blackman through for the Walls, but Steve resists and then uses his body weight to throw Jericho into the ropes! Blackman kips up, Jericho rebounds and Blackman monkey flips him straight over the top ropes opposite to crash to the hard floor outside the ring! The fans pop as Blackman gets back to his feet, grinning and with a hand held high in the air.
Corey Graves: Chris Jericho was just monkey tossed from the ring, everyone.
Tom Phllips: Yes, Corey, we all saw that.
Corey Graves: Remember it. Remember this day the way you remember other important things, like the Titans. Because some people only get one shot.
Jericho gets to his feet and smacks the apron, visibly frustrated, before climbing up onto it. Blackman surges forward and looks for a forearm but Jericho drops off the apron, circles the ring and then tries from another side. Blackman again threatens and so Jericho hops off and calls in the official, who orders Blackman to back off as Y2J again climbs up onto the apron and into the ring. Almost immediately after, Blackman and Jericho tie up, and Jericho steps out into an arm wrench. Blackman cries out as Jericho really torques the joint.
Tom Phillips: What does it feel like when a submissions expert like Chris Jericho gets you in a hold like this arm wrench, Corey?
Corey Graves: You have to realize that men such as Jericho are among the most dangerous in the world at submission holds and manipulating the joints of another person's body. He has called himself the man of 1,001 holds before and this is why: he can pick apart even the finest defenses by finding newer, crueler ways to stretch you.
After several more long moments in the wrench, Jericho converts into an Irish whip and Blackman hits the ropes, rebounding into a knee lift converted into a picture-perfect Northern Lights suplex! Jericho gets to his feet as the fans pop his athleticism, then sits Blackman up and locks in a sleeper hold!
Corey Graves: Not the smartest move to go with a rest hold when you have the opponent so thoroughly on the ropes, Chris.
Tom Phillips: Shh, you don't want to make the list, do you?
Jericho really wrenches on the hold, but Blackman is battling through it as he pushes to one knee. Jericho, sensing he is losing his grip simply releases it and backs off, allowing Blackman the time to get vertical. The fans are impressed by the sportsmanship and even Blackman offers a hand for shaking, but as Jericho reaches to take it, Blackman pulls it away and laughs in his face and then LEVELS him with a spinning roundhouse to the side of the head! Blackman goes for the cover!
Tom Phillips: Steve Blackman damn near decapitated Y2J there!

Somehow, Jericho has the sense to kick out at the last second. Blackman seems perturbed that his bell-ringing kick wasn't enough to put Jericho to bed and so doubles over to pull the dazed man to his feet. As he does, Jericho connects with a European uppercut that dazes Blackman, who then comes back in to try again and again he gets hit with a European uppercut! Blackman snarls, then hits the ropes looking for a bicycle kick but as he lifts his foot, Jericho ducks under! Y2J comes back up and Blackman turns around into a tie-up that Jericho then converts into an Irish whip. As Blackman rebounds Jericho doubles over for a back body drop, but Blackman has this scouted and goes for a punt. Unfortunately, Blackman's not the only man to do his homework and Jericho shoots up as the punt whiffs, Blackman stumbles off balance and Y2J catches him with a Codebreaker! The fans pop in a big way as Jericho makes the cover!

DING DING DING!
Here is your winner,
CHRIS JERICHO!
Tom Phillips: He's done it! Chris Jericho adds another impressive win to his resume as he edges former International Champion Steve Blackman and Y2J looks to be in fine form heading into his own match for that title.
Corey Graves: I'll tell you, Tom, Jericho has been dominant in this latest run and if he keeps this up there's very little that could stop him.
Jericho has his arm raised as Blackman rolls out of the ring to head to the back and lick his wounds. The fans take up a Y2J! Y2J! chant and Jericho grins, climbing a turnbuckle to work the crowd some more in his victory as the feed moves along.
As NXT returns from its last match the camera shows Finn Balor walking out from his locker room who is stopped by Renee Young who wants to ask him some questions.
Renee Young:Finn Balor, The UWF universe was in shock after hearing that you would be returning tonight, after what happened between you and Drew Mcyntire. To be honest most of us thought we would never see you back on NXT after what happened. So tell me how do you feel bout that?
Finn Balor: Well Renee its sad to be honest. It's sad that you all thought that because Drew beat me tat you wouldn't see me again. That's one of the reasons why I say the hell with you all. I don't care about wowing the crowd anymore. They were the reason I lost to AJ Styles in my return match and the reason Drew Mcyntire beat me. But no its not gonna hard for them I would love to get booed. But the more you boo me the more I will know that I did my job well.
Renee Young: Ok, on to a next topic. In the response to the first question I noticed that you said that the crowd was the reason for you losing to Aj styles and Drew Mcyntire beating you. Seeing as you have this new attitude will there also be a new side of Finn Balor to see?
Finn Balor:Renee, Yes there is a new side of Finn Balor you all will see. But from now on I don't wanna be called Finn Balor... I am now know as Fergal Devitt. and Drew you will get what's coming for you weither it's tonight, next week or next month you will get whats coming. Now its not the Dolph Ziggler Era or the Kurt Angle Era mark my words it is now The Devitt Era.
Finn Balor walks off after his last words leaving Renee Young standing there
Renee Young: Well, back to you Tom and Corey
Renee Young stands there smiling before the camera cuts to the the ring for its next match
The feed abruptly takes us to a black screen. The screen flashes to life, the cameras aren't at the arena anymore however as it shows a pretty packed bar. The camera pans around, showing just how packed the bar is before it stops on two familiar faces. The crowd immediately let their feelings known as Cheers ring out back at the arena. The two faces are none other then The Runt of Dudleyville and his Girlfriend, The Duchess of Dudleyville, Spike Dudley and Stacy Keibler. Spike gives a thumbs up to the camera as Stacy begins to speak.
Stacy Keibler: Last week, my man passed the first test with flying colors. You see that hurdle that calls himself Adam Cole, well my man jumped so far over him that we nearly ended up in a different country. We thought he would put up a bit more of a fight but we aren't complaining. We backed up our words once again last week and we showed everyone just how serious we are about making Spikey into a Grand Slam Champion.
Spike: What should worry the champions though is how I won that match. In the past year, I have always been the guy to follow the rules, trying to win every match the right way whilst I've been screwed more times then Dolph Ziggler's mother. In the past year, so many people have had to cheat to defeat me and it's something that I've always turned my nose up at, believing that everything should be done the right way but last week, I turned a new leaf over. Adam Cole tried to do the exact same thing to me last week when he thought Little Spike looked like a football and he needed a field goal to win the Superbowl. What happens if Stacy and I wanted kids Adam? What happens if we wanted Bay Bays? You could have destroyed that for us in the future but I destroyed you in the present. I showed how much of a man I really am by kicking out where as you showed you are exactly everything I said you were by getting defeated by the move.
Stacy: Now look, Spikey and I, we don't want all our nieces and nephews to copy what he did last week. It is wrong and against the rules but Spikey did what he had to do and teach Adam Cole a lesson. You want to play dirty, fine. The path Spikey is on now has made him realize that sometimes, he might have to fight fire with fire and now, he has no problem doing that. This is a new and improved Spike Dudley to the one that won the International Championship and it's The Duchess of Dudleyville that is the driving force behind him.
Spike: Which brings us to tonight and why we are here in this bar, having a few quiet ones whilst the roster of NXT attempts to put on a show for all of you. We aren't in attendance tonight, sorry to disappoint you all who wanted to see the man that is in the middle of the NXT banner. It hurts me greatly I can't be there to put on a show for you, however at Final Battle, my services were required either. It's been a long time since I wasn't required at a UWF Pay Per View so I decided to jump at the opportunity and take the night off. Ethan Carter came out last week and questioned whether Final Battle was NXT's worst Pay Per View. See what happens when I'm not around? Don't worry though because Ethan Carter is back and claims he will be getting things back to normal. Now Ethan Carter hasn't ever given us an indication to have us worried has he? Oh, by the way Ethan, just curious to know how your hand picked Butt Buddy went as Champion? You know the Dolph Ziggler you picked to take the International Championship away from me? Yer, you know the guy that come out and was willing to hand over the title without a fight and wreck a big title match on Pay Per View. Good decision my friend.
Stacy: You are lucky we have moved on Ethan otherwise we would be marching in your office and really letting you know what we think. Luckily enough, that actually brings us to our real point tonight. Our match wasn't the only match we were interested in last week. We had the opportunity to see 3 out of the 4 Champions on NXT and hear from the remaining 1. We were able to win our match but also get up to a little bit of a scouting mission. We know sooner or later we will have to make a decision and pick which title we would like to begin with. We thought after our scouting mission it would have become clear...... unfortunately it didn't because we weren't impressed by any of them and we believe all your fans deserve better. Let's go through them shall we? Alestair Black likes to immerse himself in darkness, only being able to see through candle light, yet we can see him clearly. He claims we are all too small and too insignificant to make a mark? Well darling, I have news for you, Spikey has been called that so many times in the past, if I didn't know any better, you might just have been calling us out but you didn't. You rather speak in code but how about you come out and so some real guts and call out my man, make our minds up for us.
Spike: Alestair is the best of a bad bunch. Let's move onto the Monster, Kane and well his poltergeist of a partner, Stephanie McMahon. Last week Kane, you had the match won, you beat The Uso's and you should have left it. Instead, you decided that they deserved more and you went back and cost yourself the match. Why do that? I don't understand it and now you have put a man on the shelf, a man that didn't deserve it. Were you trying to send a message? Well guess what Kane, I received your first message you sent to the NXT roster of not stepping up to face you and I received the message you sent last week and I have to admit, I kind of want to step into the ring with you. I'm ready to test the monster and see what you really have and show you that NXT isn't your little playground to come here and do what you wish with it.
Spike takes a sip of his drink as he steps speaking as the noise levels in the bar raise a notch, going along with Spike and Stacy's words as Stacy jumps in and continues her run down.
Stacy: Now onto the new International Champion, Kurt Angle. We weren't really scouting you as we had no interest but what you did to Steve Blackman was smart, but it wasn't really the actions of an Olympic Hero was it? I just don't get it Kurt. You beat AJ Styles, one of the biggest names in UWF history twice in a row at 2 Pay Per Views and that's the way you decide your going to win the title. That's the difference between an Olympic Hero and just a Hero here because my Spikey should all his Nieces and Nephews that his the real hero. Do you remember Kurt when Spikey first faced off against you? It was a while ago but you bested him. You beat him and nearly broke his ankle. It has stuck in my head because that was the week before my Spikey was scheduled to be GM for the night. Well he tapped out to save himself and he decided that he would face you in a Number One Contenders Match. He gave you a shot Kurt that many believe you didn't deserve. Now what you don't know Kurt is my Spikey was actually thinking of making it a Money in the Bank kind of deal, that whoever won would be able to become Champion whenever they like but my Spikey thought against it, he didn't want to win his title that way and look at the way he did it, he did it by ending Kevin Steen's reign. It's your time now though and I hope your happy with finally getting to the top the way you did.
Spike: And now we move onto the biggest disappointment of the lot, Pete Dunne. Didn't you beat me in the G1 tournament? I thought something of you with what I saw in that match but it just must have been the injuries I suffered at Vengeance. Last week Pete Dunne, your actions were in excusable. You walk out of a match with Kurt Angle and then you bitch and moan backstage to an innocent Interviewer who was just doing her job. Did this make you feel like a big man? Well I'll tell you what Pete, since you want to be the target, you got it. You are on my radar and I'm ready to pull the trigger, I'm ready to let the arrow go. You always seem to be an angry little man that expects more but you showed in your match against Kurt that you don't deserve more, you don't deserve anything and you certainly don't deserve that title. That Hardcore Title, the name of the title means so much to me, Adam Cole tried to use that against me and identified as a weakness but he was wrong, he was oh so wrong because my Hardcore Past will always bring out the best in me. You want to know something else that will always bring out the best in Uncle Spike Dudley? It's when a little scrotum licker like yourself decides to piss and crap all over a title that means so much like the Hardcore Title and I beg...... No I pray that you hold that title when it's time to go for it because I'd love to SHUT YOUR MOUTH.
Stacy: You have been warned, Champs better be ready because sooner or later, we are coming for your title and everyone in UWF already knows that it ain't going to be easy for you and that my darlings, is STRAIGHT FROM THE HANCOCKS MOUTH.
Stacy yells this last statement as the bar absolutely erupts with cheers as well as the arena. Stacy and Spike jump onto the bar, drinks in hand as they begin to down their drinks with the crowd getting right behind them before it fades to black.
Tony Chimel:The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Already in the ring, Dolph Ziggler!
Dolph just lays in the corner, acting very nonchalant about the whole thing.
Tony Chimel: Weighing in at 225 lbs. hailing from Pittburgh, Pennsylvania, He is the International Champion: Kurt Angle!!!
DING DING DING
Angle calmly gets ready by getting into a low center of gravity stance, ready for any incoming attack. Ziggler's body language is basically that of the jerk off hand motion as he just kind of trots around. He goes in for a time up but instead ducks directly under Angle's arms and takes his waist from behind. He pushed Angle into the ropes for a roll up but Kurt hangs on as Ziggler rolls backwards to his feet. Angle runs at Dolph but Ziggler catches him with a drop toe hold onto the second rope! The Show Off then walks over and rapes his knee across the back of the head of Angle's choking him out on the middle rope all while smiling like a sleazeball.
Tom Phillips: I'm not exactly sure what's up with Dolph's actions as of late but it seems to be translating well here tonight.
Corey Graves: Dixie Carter ruined everything and it was a show of protest, how hard is that for people to get? Regardless, Ziggler will do whatever it takes to win and that spells bad news for Angle and especially Steve Blackman at Summerslam.
After a count of 4 by the ref, Ziggler backs away and gives Angle some room to breathe. Not a lot of room though because as soon as Angle stands up he eats a beautiful standing dropkick that takes him to the outside of the ring. The International Champion manages to land on his feet but the Show Off is looking to live up to his name. He hits the ropes and acts like he's going to dive out but instead rolls under the ring and just slaps Kurt in the face! Ziggler's got the biggest shit eating grin on his face but Angle turns back to face him with a look of pure madness on his face. He wipes that smirk on Ziggler's face clean off right a right hook to the jaw! Ziggler tries to retreat but Angle stays on the attack, beating him all around the ring.
Ziggler ends up walking over to the announce table and grabs Tom, telling him to help. Angle tries to pull him away but he's holding on tight to Tom and manages to hit Kurt with a back elbow to the face to send him retreating. Ziggler smiles and turns around but walks right into the arms of Angle who tosses him overhead with a belly to belly suplex but Ziggler goes flying back first into the ring apron and falls head first onto the floor! Angle quickly picks him up off the mat and tosses him back into the ring, following him in and going for the pin.

Ziggler kicks out!
Tom Phillips: My God I don't think we've ever seen anything like that before!
Corey Graves: Ziggler might be seriously injured right now and it's all because you refused to help him. I hope your happy!
Angle ends up dragging Ziggler over to the corner before deciding to climb up the ropes, perhaps readying himself for a moonsault. To the surprise of many, Dolph gets back to his feet and pushes Angle forward so that he lands in a seated position with his back turned to the ring. Dolph tries to drop him down to a tree o woe but Angle holds onto the top rope and refuses to fall. Ziggler attacks him with a barrages of shots to the head but it doesn't lessen his grip any even though he's hanging back quite a bit. The former International Champion takes a step back and superkicks Angle in the back of the head finally causing his grip o the ropes to break and fall down into a tree of woe. Dolph however has a new plan. He props Angle back up to a seated position and ascends up the ropes. He then jumps up and wraps his legs around Angle's neck, throwing him off the top rope with a reverse rana! Angle gets spiked on his head hard and Ziggler scurries over and turns him over for the cover.

3 . . .
The ref notices that Angle has placed his foot under the bottom rope! Ziggler now gets pissed and gets in the face of the referee, arguing that he should have won right there. Angry and just wanting to inflict more pain, Ziggler walks over to the corner and starts to undo the turnbuckle padding and makes sure the throw it into the crowd so the ref can't put it back on. Angle is stirring in the ring, trying to get up to his feet. Dolph picks him up and whips hi into the corner, Angle wincing when his back meets the steel. Dolph runs over for a stinger splash but the Olympic Gold Medalist moves out of the way just in time and Dolph eats the steel face first!
Corey Graves: What a dirty cheater Kurt Angle is!
Tom Phillips: Ziggler's plan just backfired!
Dolph is dazed as he comes out of the corner and Angle grabs him from behind and lifts him up for the Angle Slam but Dolph ends up raking the eyes to drop down behind him. Angle is blinded and doesn't see Ziggler jump right at him and spike him down with the jumping DDT! The surgically repaired neck of Angle's has taken a lot of damage so far and Ziggler knows that, rushing over to make the pinfall attempt.

2 . . .
Angle kicks out! Ziggler slaps the mat in anger but actually seems more calm this time around. He simply walks over to the corner and starts to tune up the band. Angle slowly rises, no one sure if he knows what's coming. Once he turns around, Ziggler goes for the superkick but Angle catches his foot and turns it into an Ankle Lock! Ziggler quickly tries to get to the ropes, scurrying all over the place. He ends up grabbing the ref's leg and trips him up trying to find a way to break free. Ziggler looks behind him and uses his free foot to thrust backwards and kick Angle right in the balls! Angle let's go of the hold and struggles to get over to the ropes. He places and arm on the ropes to try and compose himself but Ziggler runs up behind him and nails the Zig Zag! The ref didn't see the low blow and just sees the aftermath and has no choice but to make the count.

Tony Chimel:Here is your winner, Dolph Ziggler!
Corey Graves: Dolph Ziggler just pinned the International Champion! If that doesn't prove he's the rightful champion, I don't know what is.
Tom Phillips: He suckered Angle in with a low blow, I highly doubt that makes him the rightful champion.
Ziggler gets his hand raised and he has the biggest smirk on his face after beating the International Champion. He quickly exits the ring and heads up the ramp, walking backwards to make sure Angle sees him. He blows him a kiss and motions for the belt around his waist to a loud amount of boos. They soon turn to cheers when Steve Blackman comes out from the back and ends up scissors kicking Dolph in the back of the head!
Corey Graves: What's that loser doing out here trying to steal our rightful champions spotlight!
Blackman looks down at Dolph and then looks over to see Angle standing in the ring. He walks right down the ramp proctoring a large amount of cheers from the crowd. He slides right into the ring and goes to town on Angle, the crowd bursting with cheers as the two men duke it out. Blackman is able to get the better of Angle, being the more fresher of the two and lays him out with a Bicycle Kick! Blackman looks down at the International Championship and picks it up off the mat. He looks at it longly until he gets spun around and laid out with a Codebreaker by Jericho!
Tom Phillips: All four of these men could potentially face each other for the International Championship after Summerslam!
The G1 Climax winner picks the International Championship and lifts it up high for all to see as NXT comes to a close.
